Bernadette is a collaborative leader with an audacious goal to eradicate structural inequity. As co-founder, she believes that to affect change, institutions must be equipped with the knowledge, skill, and capacity to address structural inequity at its roots. She brings over a decade of experience across public health, advocacy, and philanthropic sectors that informs her vision and approach to advance racial equity.
Bernadette brings a creative energy that embodies the spirit and identity of O&G. Her approach is fueled by a passion and pragmatism borne of her continuous journey in dismantling structural racism and inequity. In her practice, Bernadette brings cogent analysis of the components and drivers structural inequity. She leverages her degrees in Health Promotion and Policy Management to cultivate capacity, produce equity driven solutions, and transform institutions and structures.
A native of Camden, NJ, on Lenni-Lenape Nation Land, Bernadette views her own experiences with structural inequity as a lens through which to deepen her racial equity analysis and practice.
