Who We Are

Organizational Change through a Racial Equity Lens

We believe everyone can be a leader and changemaker for racial equity. At O&G, we prepare and propel organizations and jurisdictions as they work towards transformational change. Our approach is grounded in organizational change theory and is designed to take your racial equity objectives from aspiration to implementation.

How We Do It

We Leverage Expertise and Innovation in Our Approach

  • We cultivate leaders to think and do things differently.

  • We provide consultation to guide and support clients in learning and implementing racial equity.

  • We coach clients to tap into their change-making potential through a critical questioning process that clarifies their goals and enables them to see the actions necessary to align intent with impact.

Mission

We're on a mission to dismantle structural racism. We do this by facilitating organizational change work that centers on racial equity. We equip our clients with the knowledge and skills they need to catalyze and sustain meaningful change to improve outcomes for all people.

Vision

O&G Racial Equity Collaborative envisions a lived reality where all Black, Indigenous, and Peoples of Color (BIPOC) are liberated from all forms of oppression, can thrive, and fully determine their destiny.

Values

Structural inequities are deeply woven into the fabric of our public and private systems and institutions. Racial justice consultants, grounded in research and guided by nationally-recognized standards, can dismantle the systems that allow these inequities to endure.

Beliefs

These are the moral tenets that guide our work:

  • We believe that centering the lives of Black, Indigenous, and Peoples of Color is essential in ensuring all people can thrive.

  • Everyone deserves dignity, fairness, equitable treatment, resources, and recognition.

  • Anyone can be a leader and partner in advancing racial equity.

  • Racial equity requires authenticity, accountability, and a deep commitment to create and sustain meaningful change.
